A fancy hotel that has a fancy restaurant attached to it. Great location if you want to get to Fushimi Inari very early in the morning Single room is pretty small.

Its a very nice basic hotel and our rooms were good. Very clean and staff is polite.

Decent value. No good coffee in the room, far from most things. Step up to bathroom needs hand rails. Super small rooms no space for suitcases. Buffet was expensive and not very good.

The location is perfect and the bed is comfortable.

Room is a bit small for 2 people. Location is ok. However, I would stay here again.

The only thing I didn’t like was not being able to adjust the aircon temp in your own room

Friendly service, good restaurant with a plentiful breakfast buffet, and a location that is a short walk to train stations, make this a great place to stay in a quiet part of Kyoto. With one of the laundry machines being out of service, we unable to get our clothes washed.

The elevator makes a noise on and off all night, cannot sleep.

Great location near some popular sights. Shabby and worn down. Smallest room I’ve seen in Japan. On site restaurant wasn’t that good, they served the saddest curry I had on my trip. Sauce and rice only.

super nice near Fushimi Inari, Bus Stop, train station and also Family mart, Doutor, some bread shops hope we could get trash bag sizes bigger. Or we can get some plastic

Check-in/check-out time are superb! it’s 2pm/11am, respectively. Hotel is near bus station and few minutes walk to station. They also have Ta-q-bin services~ Staff are generally nice with my limited Japanese~ fast wifi! when you go back late to your hotel, there is no direct bus near the hotel so be careful when accessing city bus at the evening. It might take 15-20min walk for the nearest bus station at late in the evening~ but hey! good excercise!

Horrible. It's difficult to get a seat for breakfast, especially when there are two or more people. No accommodations for food allergies. Staff unfriendly to nasty. Hard to find time when the laundry facilities were free for use. Room too small for 2 people. Inconvenient location.

Breakfast quality was definitely the only thing that made me stay there! Top notch! Also the staff was very helpful and friendly. Keep in mind there’s a small parking space underneath hotel if you are planning on renting a car, for a fee … I booked a twin room with twin bed . The size of the room is definitely smaller compared to an American hotel room. Also the bed is somehow smaller than American twin bed . Tiny bathroom , but clean !
