I love how friendly and accommodating the staffs are, especially Mr. VASILI! He ensured we are taken care of and recommended a very delicious restaurant. All requests asked, he was able to provide solutions right away. Bugs. We stayed at the one with the pool. Perhaps a screen on the sliding door would be better to avoid the bugs from coming inside the room.

Loved how chill the place was, amazing rooms (very spacious and clean), very comfy sunbeds by the pool, nice breakfast and dinner and very friendly staff. On-site parking was very convenient as well. The only thing that was not ideal was that the drinks were not included in the buffet breakfast and dinner, not even water.

Very gorgeous place I stayed! I will definitely go back if going to Zakynthos!

They Were So Friendly!

It is a bit far from the airport and the downtown. Have to drive but avoid driving at night otherwise it is a little bit hard to find the hotel.

Very modern, private beach! Small repairs ( pool bar and entrance to the beach should be repaired)

I didn’t like the location, parking situation was not good, the room had a weird stuffy smell, no shower door (do not stay at this hotel for a girls trip). I wish I did more research before booking this hotel, it is far from all the “hot” beaches and all the nice restaurants. Do yourself a favor and stay at a hotel near Banana Beach or Gerakas beach, you will not be disappointed!! Overall, hotel was okay and staff was decent. Wouldn’t recommend for a girls trip.

Everything, from the staff, the food, the sea beach area, the pools. I needed to work and could not find a plug anywhere but that's a small issue. Eventually they found me a spot. Clearly a place to relax not work :)

loved the property it was so clean and modern and relaxing. there was a spot to chill everywhere. staff was very nice i didn’t like how far it was from everywhere else but it was worth the drive to stay here.

Great views from the room, fantastic pool area and lots of availability of sunbeds for all.

Honestly, for the money that you spend, the cleanliness of the hotel should be a lot better. We've received dirty/stained towels almost every day and the general cleanliness of the room was not at the level that I would expect.

Special shoutout to Vasili, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our requests, making us feel like royalty. His exceptional service and warm hospitality truly made our trip special. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a comfortable stay. Vasili's dedication to his work is truly commendable – he's a credit to the hotel!

Friendly staff willing to help accommodate any reasonable request. Facilities are beautiful and comfortable. Check directly with this hotel when their restaurants open during seasons as 2/3 of them are closed in May with no notice. Pools are also not heated anywhere and there is no hot tub so I would avoid May completely. Renting a pool villa when it's impossible to use it is not good business. Had one bartender working two bars far apart because of low season. It may look like a deal but they are cutting corners.
