If you have a lot of luggage, there are some rooms that do not have elevator access. Just be mindful that you may need to climb a good number of stairs to get to your room.

They sell the water to hotel residents. The location is close to the metro but not in the safe area.

the hotel is near to the train station the suite is on 2rd floor, no lift, i have to bring 3 big & heavy luggages to the room. the size of the room is small and the bathroom is too big, not practical.

Clean, spacious, and well-designed. The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were comfortable and there was more than enough storage space. It was a good choice for a hotel a reasonable distance from the airport without having to pay exorbitant airport hotel prices. Not a great location. Far from major attractions. The neighbourhood is a little rough around the edges, though generally safe.

Clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Parking available for a fee and prior reservation. When booking on Booking.com, it did not show that parking reservation was required. Luckily there was availability otherwise it would have made it difficult. I did reply on booking.com that parking was needed but has not heard back.

Everything was perfect. Perfect staff, good location, nearby Torrassa metro station that connect El Prat Airport and City center Plaça de Catalunya. Room was clean all the time. Nothing to complain.

The value proposition is poor. The rate is too high for the location, access, views, size of the room and amenities. Size of room. Quality of bed, views, location, access to hotel. This hotel would be appropriate for a cost of 100-130 euros

The bathroom needs some maintenance and the bed linens and pillows need to be replaced as they weren’t so comfortable (seemed to be overused).

Nice reasonably priced hotel in residential area. Clean, located close to public transportation.

Rooms were nice staff was great. The location was ugly and very scary. We didn't want to leave at night. It was extremely noisy. The pool was very cold.

Really nice hotel - I booked it because we needed one night before moving closer the city center. Rooms were good and the hotel has a nice pool;

I booked this hotel based on a 4 star rating. But I don’t believe it should be. This hotel is in the outskirts of Barcelona. The room was comfortable, but the pillows were small. There was no coffee maker in the room. There were mosquitoes in the room. Also this hotel is in the middle of a very poor ethnic neighborhood. Thankfully we were able to get uber and taxis.
