Very disappointing experience, especially for a 4-star hotel. I asked for slippers and was told they didn’t have any, which was already surprising for a hotel of this category. The worst part was breakfast: I found mould on the cooked zucchini served at the buffet. I immediately informed a member of staff, but instead of apologising or offering any kind of refund for the breakfast, she simply removed the plate from the buffet and said nothing. Finding mould on food is already unacceptable, but the complete lack of concern or apology from the staff made the situation even worse. Definitely not the level of service or hygiene I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

It had a free parking nearby. The staff at the reception was friendly. The shower in our room wasn’t working properly. There was only cold drips of water coming out. We companies several times. There was a needle pin stuck in there day blanket in our bed. We both hurt our leg on the pin. The cleaner left trash and cleaning racks in our room. There was a DIRTY cleaning rack in my clothing. This was absolutely disgusting. We complained but the reception ignored this complaint which was very disappointing. The staff at the pool bar was very unfriendly and passive aggressive.

My kids liked the main pool, but sadly the opening hours from 10am-7pm didn't really leave a lot of evening fun. Not sure why they close it so early considering sunset isn't until 9:40pm in the Summer. It was nice to sit by the river (the Sorgue) and watch the Kayak-ers and ducks float by and enjoy a glass of wine. The location was relaxing but a long walk into town – we drove in when we wanted to enjoy the town. It was nice to at least have the breakfast included in the price as there are no restaurants close by. Our first split level family room was terrible. The mattresses looked and felt decades old and there were no mattress covers, only synthetic bed sheets covering gross old beds. Decor was gray, outdated and depressing. The hotel acknowledged how old the mattresses were when we complained, citing they were planning on remodeling during the Winter when it's less busy and switched us to a different room the following day. But we still paid top euro for a sleepless night (around 250e).

Very close tomthw village 2 swimling pools Not very crowded Room 32 is fantastic to accomodate 4 people Good breakfast variety Chill area near the river An access to the river to take a swim would be fantastic Food service at lunch Room with equipoed kitchen but not any cook stuff (plates, glasses, forks, pan….) so in essence it seems a useless equipment unless you buy all

Staff very helpfull . Location out of the city center , need a car but very useful to go in and out to visit the Luberon villages . Good breakfast. And very beautiful hotel garden on the river Sorgue te seat and relax with an amazing view . No sign of the hotel on the road . Wifi not working . Lights in room are too dark . Old fashion fournitures. And most of it the flush in WC is really weak and must be improved , we needed to flush 4 times each times , so much waste of water .

Lovely garden by the side of the river. Friendly helpful staff, especially in the restaurant The restaurant is buffet only and at €40 pretty expensive. It is too far from the town to walk comfortably.

Quiet Didn’t clean our room first day. Did not change towels allthough we put them in the bathtub as described. We went to front desk to ask for fresh ones. Food was very poor. Breakfast and dinner. Bathroom quite dirty. No soap in lavatory. Nor worth the visit.

We were situated next to the river, so that was very very nice. We had ground floor units which we liked as there were 8 gals traveling together and we were all together and could get out onto the lawn loungers … being like at home. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It was a 20 minute easy walk into the busy little town and lots to looks at there. We were lucky to get to the morning market….so many awesome vendors and yummy food. The only thing that was disappointing was that we were told there was a pool. There were actually two very nice pools but both were closed until June 1st and we were not told that. We were there for 3 days ending our 8 day bike ride and were all looking forward to being able to relax at the pool.
