It is easy to find worth ample free car parking. The rooms are very spacious, clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The staff are lovely and speak good English. The restaurant is very popular and serves excellent food at a reasonable price.

Lovely place to spend a weekend with friends. They allowed us to check-out later. The jacuzzi was not working when we were there. We rented out two chalets and one of the saunas were broken as well.

The staff is exceptional. We travelled with a small baby and even though the restaurant didn't open until 7pm for dinner, they went out of their way to make some quick for us so we could eat together as a family earlier. No elevator, which was a bit challenging with a baby and a stroller.

Location and the welcome Hotel is cold very cold, we had to change the first room for another one because the heating was not working, in the new room the temperature was better but still cold. In the lobby it was very cold, the gas chimney was kept off while outside was snowing, the dinner was ok, there is a lot to do before I can recommend this hotel, they have the potential though

Friendly staff cozy rooms and a place to store bikes. The location of the hotel is not right in the center and nice and quiet. Small sauna, unclear that breakfast wasn't included (no info at checkin) and confusion at staff when the final bill was being done

We stayed a second time because the last experience was great. We are fully satisfied to stay at the hotel as the location and cleanliness. If the Jacuzzi has a curtain and its water temperature was a bit higher, it would be perfect.
