the rooms where not enough confortable

Location was great . Bed was very comfortable. Reasonably clean Very small room. Toilet/bathroom very cramped. My hubby had to have door open to fit on loo. No clean towels provided. Half a toilet roll. Limited access to staff to ask due to closing Stairs to our apartment weren’t user friendly especially when wet( and it rained a lot). Locks on doors were a pain. Every night we heard people trying to lock and unlock doors so they must have all been like it There were 2 cups and kettle with one tea bag each. No replenishing of the basics at all. For the price paid I don’t think it was too much to ask for a clean towel and a tea bag. There was a note to leave towels on the floor if we wanted them clean but no one came to the room during the whole stay. Only two plug sockets one of which was in the bathroom. My friends stayed in a different room so they did avoid the rickety stairs. And their room was a bit bigger. But the toilet had no door. Again no replenishing of towels or basic tea coffee or toilet roll.

The location is superb - right on the corner of the port facing the street, harbour and sea wall. It is at right at the centre of Le Flotte, the only downside is that in high season it can be a bit noisy at night. But that is unavoidable given the location. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are really thoughtfully furnished with some vintage pieces. The breakfast was superb. We ate in the restaurant both evenings which has a really peaceful location facing the sea. The food was fabulous and good value. We particular enjoyed the puddings. The gift shop on the ground floor has some beautiful stock for gifts and souvenirs. There was nothing we didn't like. Some noise is unavoidable in high season. A brilliant band played on the harbour on our first night. We thoroughly enjoyed the show which ended by 11.30 but it did mean the town stayed busy with people partying into the night. But as mentioned above you can't expect to be in a central location in high season and not have some noise.

Staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent within a beautiful town. Slight camped bedroom but it had everything one needed.

Location was very good. No comfy chairs to sit and relax in. The bed settee is not a good option for sitting in as you slide down. The dining room chairs were uncomfortable. The TV was small and didn't offer much of a range on the Freeview box. The noise outside of people partying prevented us all from sleeping on one night.

Exceptional

Great location in the centre of La Flotte. Comfy beds. Very clean. The staff were friendly and one of them spoke good English. This was our second stay here, and we will book again. Perfect location for exploring La Flotte with its lovely shops, restaurants, and pretty streets. Within walking distance of a sandy beach, suitable for swimming when the tide is in.

Location was perfect, near to lots of eating places, the port, the beach and shops. The room was lovely, very quaint and there was a kettle, which seems to be lacking in lots of hotel rooms. WiFi good. All the staff very friendly and helpful. |Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open as the weather wasn't very good and it is outside, and we were expecting to eat breakfast there, but not a big problem as plenty of eating places just up the road.

Central location Cosy, harbour side nautical feel Parking was 300m away but only 8 euros per day

Booking confirmed an apartment, however we got a small room on top floor, sadly the staff were not overly accommodating otherwise we would have booked another night and paid more for an apartment

Location is excellent, the restaurant in the hotel is good, there is a nice souvenir shop, a washer and a dryer at the disposal of the guests, they accep dogs, and there are parking options nearby. It’ probably rare on the Isle, but we were there during the August 2023 heatwave, and the appartement was too hot (it is a duplex under the roof). Opening of the windows didn’t help. An air-conditioning or at least a powerful fan would help. The appartement is a little “tired” but oversll OK. The managers of the hotel could at least pretend they are happy to see the guests.

Location was good for walking out to dinner It’s above a shop, was difficult to figure out where to check in. You can hear noise all night. We came in peak summer and there wasn’t even a fan in the room to cool it down. It was so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep. Overpriced. The hotel manager was rude, there’s a language barrier and she wouldn’t let me use google translate to try and communicate, the morning we left she just snatched the keys out of my hand and walked off.

Great location right by the harbour and market in La Flotte. Room to store bikes if you are hiring and some parking close by. Room 4 had extra space which made it a choice I'd request next time. Courtyard entrance has lovely little shop and café/restaurant underneath the rooms A bit of a street noise, but only what you would expect from a central location.

great central location, comfy beds, clean / new bathroom, kettle and mugs provided, friendly helpful staff, could do with a small bedside light next to the single bed. take coffee if you are a coffee drinker as only herbal tea provided
