Es nuestra tercera vez quedándonos aquí y nos gusta por lo céntrico que está al malecón y playas…todo el personal muy amable. El único problema esta vez es que el aire acondicionado estaba tirando agua durante la noche…

clean sheets mold in the shower paint peeling off the walls waste water treatment plant smell lack of elevator, no help with luggage upstairs half hour check at counter despite having booked in advance

The pool is very nice and well designed for kids. good service from staff. There is a tennis court. Room are a good size. The restaurant or the hôtel is fine. Saw cockroaches, had to tell staff to broom under the beds. There is not much at a walking distance from the hotel.

The AC wasn't working properly, it was super loud and you could see mold inside of it. The receptionist when we checked didn't put much effort to be friendly. The hotel has seen better days, it was clean but it's not well maintained

The breakfast was absolutely delicious!!!! We had to switch rooms cause the restroom door would get stuck and the air conditioning wasn’t working

I wish the bed was a more comfortable and that the shower had more pressure. We also had difficulty locking the door when we would go out. The door wouldn’t lock easily so we did struggle at times to get it to lock.

The shower was not working properly, had to call maintenance two times to come and fix it. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. This hotel has so much opportunity to be better and upgrade its hotel.

Paid to have breakfast in the mornings and the food was very good. Had dinner a couple of nights and the food was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no body wash as promised….had small disks of bar soap. I shared a bed with my wife and granddaughter had the other bed. The beds were smaller than full size and very hard. Toilets did not flush that well.

Location , cost, and parking . Bath and shower need a little updating but , I would stay here again

English tv and room was very comfy. they couldn’t provide king room when we checked in early so gave us buffet breakfast free! Very accommodating!
