The beds are hard as a rock couldnt rest,wi fi poor,watching a world cup game and buffering because of poor wi fi signal and last front desk lack of comunication,I was approved for a 1 lm check out and the girl that I talked forgot to pput it on notes next day another person told me I couldnt do late check out,bad service

Close to malecon boardwalk, generous breakfast, spacious room, nice view from rooftop, pool at rooftop.

Very modern and clean. Good food at restaurant. Great rooftop for drinks. Pool was less than a meter deep w very slippery tile. Nachos were made w velveta gross cheese.

Very bright, clean and large shower facilities. The rooftop pool at sunset was a lovely way to end the evening.

The location, it was only 3 blocks away from the malecon. Also de staff was very very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was like around 6am every morning there were a lot of loud noises above my room. Maybe it was because just above it was the kitchen, so I think it’s Something it could be improved or offer a different room

HBlue Hotel Review – La Paz, Mexico We stayed at HBlue Hotel for four nights and found the overall facilities to be quite good. The property itself is comfortable and generally pleasant, but our experience was impacted by inconsistent management and somewhat misleading advertising. While there was no fraud involved, the hotel does appear to oversell certain aspects of the experience. For example, we booked our stay months in advance through Booking.com and later added an additional night. The listing led us to expect a room with a view; however, the ground level suite we received—while spacious and quiet—felt enclosed, with no view at all. Our arrival also got off to a difficult start. We had requested early check-in weeks in advance, but despite being told the room would be ready in 10 minutes, we ultimately waited nearly three hours, sitting by the pool in the sun with our luggage. There were also billing and communication issues. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay for the additional night at the standard hotel rate rather than the Booking.com rate, which was unexpected. Later in our stay, we were locked out of our room and told we had not paid for that same night—despite having already done so. This led to unnecessary confusion and frustration. Compounding these issues, the staff and management struggled to resolve problems efficiently. On more than one occasion, errors appeared to stem from confusion with another guest of a similar last name, yet responsibility was repeatedly placed on us. This felt inappropriate and avoidable. That said, not everything was negative. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and the restaurant is adequate for breakfast, though we would not recommend it for dinner.A pleasant stay in terms of facilities, but management and communication issues significantly impacted the experience.

HotelH Blue was centrally located, easy to walk to the Malecon and in a very safe location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all questions and and details.
