Luxury Hotel Inn

The onsite , off the menu restaurant was exceptional. Chef did a fabulous job. The free fruit popsicles at the end of the meal were a real nice touch! Staff were helpful and friendly. Front desk ladies were the stars, ( Coral & Analie). Everything’s was great. The hotel could benefit from having a microwave at the free coffee station stand. Or in each room if possible

I liked how nice the room I rented was. The staff were awful. The staff, treatment of myself and my guest were absolutely terrible. Since I left I realized I forgot 2 shirts, both of which were special to me and were hung up in the closet with care. They said I left nothing and each time I call, I am hung up on. The staff tell me someone who speaks English is coming, and each time I call, hung up on again.

The staff was incredibly friendly Waterproof mattress cover that made me sweat.

After travelling for a month around Mexico, this was one of our favourite places. We had a room with a king sized bed, which was so nice. The pool area was fabulous and relaxing. The walk to the beach and to town was close and easily navigable. Recommend this hotel and the restaurant had a good breakfast

Good location, great restaurant, heated pool, cozy size, lovely staff

Lovely and clean. Pool chairs were not too comfortable.

Good size room with comfortable beds, plenty of storage space in the closet. Good bathroom and shower. Nice pool to relax around and meet other guests. Good location to walk to restaurants and the beach. Smoking outside the rooms on the second floor, where we were, is smelly and disgusting. People should go off the property to smoke out front of the hotel.

Room was a decent size. The bed was okay. The pool was nice to relax around. It was a quiet hotel as there were most couples there. The mattress covers have a plastic layer they makes them hot. The toilet seat makes a lot of noise. The street out front needs some work, as do many streets here.

It was very quiet and AnnaLee was awesome. Bed was not comfortable and had some sort of plastic on the mattress.

Very clean comfy stay!

Beds very firm, pillows very lumpy even when we asked for a new one. No music at all allowed outside for guests but staff play their music without headphones while they clean. Other local guests were very messy for a whole weekend and we had to ask the front desk to clean up the pool area. Pool is lovely. Gets lots of sun. Some room toilets have low water pressure and struggle to flush even without tp going in. I was surprised at how quiet the hotel is (depending on children around). No noise from the town such as roosters or dogs or vehicles.

The staff were very friendly and the pool was great. Very clean. The bed was a little hard.

Angie at the Front Desk was amazing! Very professional, polite, personable, and helpful. We loved the pool and that it is a small hotel. We liked that it was not too hectic with people. The restaurant on site is excellent - very good food and friendly accommodating staff. We made a last minute request for a bagged lunch and they put it together very quickly.

Very kind staff, great pool, the food at the restaurant adjacent is also great. Comfortable room, although the bed were a bit outdated and could use a new duvet . It's also fairly close by the beach. New bed covers and a deep clean of the seats by the bed would be good.

Very nice hotel and staff. The pool though is small is quite relaxing to sit at during the morning and midday when the sun is at its highest. Not a fault from the hotel, but the street was so damage getting to and from the hotel felt like our car was going to be destroyed. Also it is quite far away from the restaurants and it is not so nice to come back at night. The bar was never opened while we were there and the restarurant at the hotel closed at 15:00 (so good luck getting dinner if you did not come by car). Also there are 4 german shepherds loitering in the same street. Neither friendly or aggressive but they defnitely intimidate.

Very quiet, walkable to town, nice pool area. Large room, nice bathroom.

Close proximity to the beach and to markets. Sharp drop on the bathroom floor to the main floor at entrance to the bathroom.
