It was super cozy and clean. The staff super friendly

The room was very beautiful and comfortable in addition to having AC. It's a 10 minute walk from the center where you can get great food. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Sa Pobla is just a 10 minute ride to Pollensa, which is another very beautiful town. Very good bang for your buck!

This place is no longer a hotel and does not provide breakfast, contrary to the info in the Booking.com listing. I am not the fierst person to mention this so BDC please amend this listing to stop misleading others Lack of breakfast. Lack of self-catering facilities in the absence of staff or breakfast. Our room keys had FOUR keys on them, but we only needed to open two doors. All keys looked almost identical. Please add coloured key fobs or something to make it easier to distinguish them. The lobby area looks like it used to serve asa breakfast area but of course this is now pointless space. An outside light on the stairs to room 1 would be good idea to help unlock the door at night.

Cosy and good location. We were given different room than we reserved. The floor was cold.

Clean, modern and conveniently located I booked as a b&b there was no breakfast available. Plus as there were no staff so I was unsure where to leave the key on check out

We had a beautiful modern room with its own toilet and shower. There was air conditioning which was really appreciated. The owner was kind and really helpful. I really recommend.

Beautiful room, nice paintings No staff there at any time. No information provided beforehand. No breakfast despite it being included in the price.

The rooms have modern design, are clean and the host is very welcoming. Also, the price was very good There are two things > First, I think Sa Pobla is not a town to visit, the island has many beautiful places, this is not one of it. Then, a toilet seat behind a glass door, a shower cabin just the same and a sink with a mirror in the room (no door this time ) means no privacy however and is not the kind of private bathroom I would like. It was awkward and I was happy it was only for one night.

Clean, easy to find and good stay. Would’ve been good to have a broomstick to sweep the floor as we had quite a bit of sand

Exceptional

Comfy bed, good shower. Easy check in, lovey decor, Communication wasn’t great in advance. I waited 3 days for a response about a late check in. There’s a lock box for keys but they should advertise that for those arriving late

The property is clean and pleasantly designed. The surounding area is is very peaceful and easy to park. Complete lack of sound proofing - you can hear (and feel) the the movements and conversations of the ocupants above and below you - and no doubt they can hear you. The three nights we spent - we were kept awake from movements of people in the early hours of the morning and on one occasion had to listen to the loud conversation of a woman on the phone at 6am - I guess we were fortunate that nobody actually used the TVs in their rooms. The room we were given was not the one advertised with photos on the booking website - which had a separate room and a separate bathroom. The room we were given had a toilet and shower in it. We comented this with the proprietor - who was unable to resolve the situation. The mini bar was actually inside the wardrobe and disconnected - we had to phone to get this operative.
