We stay in a wide variety of hotels, and this was, without question, one of the best. The property was exceptionally clean, fresh, and spacious. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The complimentary evening happy hour reception was generous and a lovely touch. Our room was exceptional and included a small balcony, which we really enjoyed. Highly recommended! The only area for improvement was the pool and hot tub. Around 10:30 p.m., the hot tub was dominated by one guest who was talking loudly the entire time, making it difficult for others to enjoy. The pool water also appeared somewhat cloudy after a full day of use. It might be helpful to have staff periodically check the pool water in the evening to ensure it remains clean and inviting.

Perfect stay. Restaurant has great food and service. Michelle and Fernand were wonderful. The accommodations are first class and they have happy hour as a nice welcome.

I had a highly disappointing stay at this property. Despite checking in after the official 4:00 PM check-in time, our room was absolutely not ready for occupancy. When we went to bed the first night, we discovered that the bedding on both beds was covered in multiple holes. I called the front desk to resolve this, and they sent a security guard to change the linens. Shockingly, the replacement bedding he brought also had a hole in it. When I called the front desk to request compensation for this unacceptable inconvenience, they completely dismissed me, stating that the issue was resolved because the bedding was changed and "all is perfect." It was far from perfect. The issues did not stop there:False Advertising: The room listing explicitly stated a video game console would be included. When I couldn't find it and asked the front desk, they flatly told me that "no such thing" exists at this hotel.Poor Maintenance: The exterior walls right next to the pool area are neglected and visibly falling apart in multiple places. The lack of basic quality control, poor property maintenance, and dismissive customer service ruined our stay. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning. I did Not expect this when Booking embassy suites by hilton.

The room was really spacious and nice. The breakfast was really good. The location was great. They charge $91 for one pet to stay overnight. When I checked in and let them know that we had a small dog, they didn't say anything about a pet fee. I feel like if you have a pet fee that high, you would definitely want to let the people checking in know.

THE BREAKFAST IS SO GOOD EVEN WITHOUT AN OMLETE STATION THAT MAKE THEM ANYWAY YOU WANT. THEY ALSO HAVE AN EVENING HAPPY HOUR WITH SNACKS AND ADULT DRINKS. THE LOCATION IS WALKING CLOSE TO OLD TOWN LA QUINTA THAT HAS MANY RESTAURANTS THAT SHOULD SATISFY ANY CRAVINGS. THERE IS NOTHING THAT WE DIDN'T LIKE

Took a bit to get the room cooled down and the shower head screamed until we got it adjusted just right every time we took a shower. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and it took us awhile to get comfortable and fall asleep Otherwise a super nice hotel

We enjoyed the spacious clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The only thing we disliked was the choice of food at the happy hour. We were there 4 nights. Only one night had cheese and crackers. All other nights it was Chex mix and dried up vegetables and dip. It would have been nice if there had been a meat option such as chicken fingers or wings.

The stay was amazing. The only thing we noticed is that the couches and chairs downstairs were dirty and you can see the stains. Now the only way we knew that is that my husband has a carpet and upholstery business in the san fernando valley. If we are ever in your city again, we will certainly stay there. The view of the mountains was wonderful.

Staff was very friendly easy to check in, Hotel was clean, had a great stay.

The bed felt like a rock, and the pillows had no padding to them. The staff was overall very friendly and considerate. The pool was dirty, as was the jacuzzi. The spa, closed. The breakfast was abundant, but every time we got dishes either for ourselves or on request, they were dirty and had not been washed properly. That's a huge health risk. The property is listed as dog friendly, but there was nowhere indoors other than in the room for our dog to be, which is inconvenient. I tried sitting in the dining area, at the very edge of the room, with my well-behaved dog, who was just quietly relaxing at my feet and was told he was not allowed to remain. Also, very importantly, the designated places where a dog can use the facilities were too far for considerate and convenient use. The grassy areas were way at the back of the property or way in the front, with no easy walkway or route to either. The property, for the most part, has pebble landscaping, though there were plenty of places they could have had a little dog run on the left side of the property. This area was unused, far enough away from any room and within easy access to the side entrance. With how hot it gets in that area, I'd like to see the addition of a gated dog run, with fake grass, a hose, and a shady tree.
