Staff was cheerful, friendly and helpful. Mattresses were not very comfy. In room Wifi signal was quite poor. Would only work near the hallway but not near the beds

Has nearby free overnight parking spaces The room booked is a triple room for three people, but the sofa bed was still a sofa instead of an already made-up bed when entered. I have to make the sofa into a bed by myself, with given bedding stuffs after discovering the situation. The booking was made around 2am on Sunday, and the check-in was around 11pm.
