Lovely gardens and view. The breakfast was very good with excellent sourced honey and French yoghurt, the pool and surround was also good, had a nice view and temperature.

Lovely quiet spot away with lovely views of the coast. Bed was very comfortable and we were offered a larger room. Shower powerful. Our hosts have experience from the travel industry and shared tips on where to visit. They also kindly offered us a parasol for the beach which was really appreciated. Breakfast was delicious - loved the pancakes. We felt well looked after. Property was a distance from eateries so you need a car. Fan in the room rather than aircon, but this is an older property.

Stunning place, attention to the details. Atmosphere calm and relaxing. The sights from there are just beautiful. Rooms are small but there is everything you need for a short stay.

Beautiful villa with nice rooms and a stunning view on two sides on the sea ( bay of Toulon and the open sea). Isabelle and Jean Paul are very nice and helpful. Over all Jean Paul is a fantastic cook who serves a three course dinner on request for a reasonable price. Breakfast on the terrace is also very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and we can recommend this place 100%. Merci beaucoup et au revoir.

July 2023: Lovely location up the hill from the sea, between two seaside villages and not far from beaches (need a car). The property is beautiful, a real gem. Bed was comfortable. Hosts are friendly. This may once have been a 9.0 on booking but no longer. Check-in: I did not read the small print in the terms and only realised later that no check in is possible until after 16:00. I emailed with my plea for an exception to at least come to the pool and wait for the checkin on the property (we were travelling in full summer traffic 9 hours since 6am and would arrive around 14:30). I was refused entry until exactly 16:00 as "no one is at the reception until then". We waited 90 minutes down the street at the Tamaris brasserie. Of course, early checkout at 11:00 is also strict (though I stretched it 20 minutes). AC: No air conditioning and the heat was brutal. Fan in room provided some comfort but necessary to keep all windows and blinds closed. Room: Room was small - this is not specified on booking as the differences in the rooms are not obvious. Ours was said to be 18m2 but it was tight. Bed headboard collapsed from the wall when we were trying to plug in the lamp. When I informed the host her reply was "that's odd, it's been attached for 9 years now there is no reason it should fall suddenly". Obviously, after 9 years of humidity, the plaster decided to give in. And why did we need to move the bed to plug in the lamp? Because there is only one electrical outlet in entire room and it appears to be broken (lamp was flickering when plugged in). Breakfast: Filter coffee, cold milk, juice, baguette and croissant, yogurt or fromage frais, 2 sticks with melon, one egg scrambled or over easy on request, fresh marmalade. That's it. Nothing special. My craving for fresh coffee was not satisfied. No cheese, no charcuterie. The terasse for breakfast is beautiful, but no cushions on the chairs to make it more cozy and comfortable (an easy fix). I tried to cancel immediately when realising we could not arrive before 16:00 but the hosts refused my cancellation request.

View is incredable. The property is amazing! The food. Dinner “table d’hote” below expectstions, not in line with price. The same applies for breakfast
