Royal Horizon Baobab - All inclusive

It was beautiful and clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. Tge setting is idyllic, peaceful and perfect for a family vacation.

Location is perfect if you are looking for a calm and nice beach. I liked that you stay in little Bungalows, so it's not your typical all inclusive huge Hotel building. Colourful gardens with nice trees and flowers host the bungalows. You have two swimming pools on each extremity of the small "resort", one next to the Restaurant and bar area and the other one with an infinity pool anda bar as well. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and quite diverse. I have dietary restrictions, I mainly eat vegan and gluten free, so there was less choice for me obviously, but I never went hungry. Not necessarily negative for everyone, but I feel it's good to know that there is no wifi in the rooms. Only the common areas (pool, restaurant, lobby) have free Wifi. Cease the opportunity to disconnect :)

The location of the room direct to the beach The stuff is not professional, their system is weird to allocate deposits money for pool and beach towels and you don’t get towels if not paid 15 Euro per towels as a deposit , also the toilets doesn’t have essential soaps and etc, no renovation for furnitures, all inclusive but you need to pay for fresh juices at the resturant which is funny, rooms are not clean and there were cockroach at the toilet and the room

The WiFi doesn’t work. There should be WiFi available in all the rooms. It only worked closer to the main building

The rooms were small, infrastructure is old and the toilets are too small. The toilets in the rooms are not Muslim friendly. The buffet is served by staff who rarely smile.

Gated property. Security on the beach as well. Friendly staff. Nice bungalows! Nice beach. Fun daily & nightly entertainment. Great customer service. Loved the all-inclusive aspect. Wifi on cell phone was great. None of us could get on the wifi on our laptops. Major problem.

I liked the buffet and the pools I didn’t like how they were not prepared for us saying booking had made a mistake. Rooms were basic there are no amenities except a soap which is meant to cover all. AC wasn’t working. Phone wasn’t working so no one could help with luggage. No WiFi in the rooms. Overall they could improve massively on just the basic experience of a hotel.

The grounds are well maintained. The restaurant staff and housekeepers were exceptional. We arranged excursions with the hotel which were great. Upon arrival, we did not receive an itemized bill. My credit card statement did not reflect the reserved price and was a lot higher than expected. Due to language challenges, the front desk could not articulate a valid reason.

Beautiful grounds and landscaping. The restaurant staff were exceptional. The management was terrible. The property needs serious renovations. In 6 days we changed rooms three times because of floods from pipes bursting, loss of power and lack of water.
