Wyatt and Helen couldn’t have been more helpful. They gave us an accessible room right opposite the dining room. The property is a beautiful restored rectory. Breakfasts were excellent. The location, in beautiful Lacock, was fantastic. Nothing

This is an historic Victorian property in a beautiful location, which the owners have refurbished to a very high standard. Everything about our stay was excellent; the owners Helen and Wyatt are a lovely friendly couple, the whole property is tastefully furnished, and our room was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast was very good, with a range of options available and cooked to perfection. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. We couldn't fault anything.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The home was spotless, beautifully kept, and had such a welcoming feel from the moment I arrived. The host was thoughtful, responsive, and clearly takes pride in creating a great experience. The location was perfect, the bed was super comfortable, and all the little touches made it feel like a true home away from home. Breakfast was delicious ! I’d happily stay again. Nothing

Beautifully maintained house and gardens. Lovely room and en suite shower room. Excellent hosts. Exceptional breakfast with local produce.

We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and exceptional accomodation. We stayed in the on-suite Maple room which was bright and spacious with a very comfortable bed. I particularly liked that you completed an item choice list the night before breakfast which ensured your breakfast was just as you wanted, and it arrived piping hot!. Nothing in the UK is cheap anymore and considering all the Rectory has to offer, it represents value for money. Not planning time to stay longer!

What a beautiful place to stay, just a 5min stroll the lovely village of Lacock. We've stayed in numerous B&B's over the years and this is one of our favourites, definitely in the Top 3. Warm and friendly welcome from the owners, the building is amazing along with it's history. The owners have sympathetically restored The Rectory and you can feel the love and care that has been taken. Great rooms, large, roomy with great small touches. Shower was great! Really comfy beds and we were all well rested in the morning. Breakfast did not disappoint and set us up for the day. Highly recommend this as a base to explore the area, including Longleat. Fab place to stay and can't recommend it highly enough. Nothing.

This is one of the best B&B's we've stayed in. The attention to detail and small touches are really well thought out. The house is beautiful and the love and care that has been taken in the restoration is outstanding. The owners have a done a wonderful job and make running a B&B look effortless which we all know really isn’t! The rooms were large, spotless and well thought out and lovely, there are some subtle touches which are really well thought out. Great power showers too, which was really refreshing - literally.
Beds were super comfy - everyone slept really well. Breakfast is great - all I can say is 'the sausages' The owners are really warm and friendly and extremely knowledgeable and have lots of great tips for the area. Just a 5 minute stroll to the lovely village of Lacock and a great base for a visit to this beautiful area. Highly recommend the Red Lion and Sign of an Angel pubs for food and a pint! Honestly, can't rate this place highly enough, if you stay in the area, this is THE place to stay. Nothing.

The owners Helen and Wyatt were the kindest and most hospitable hosts. Not only is the place decorated and maintained beautifully, but they also went above and beyond to cater to our travel needs, giving us plenty recommendations and anything we required. Breakfast was also delicious and served timely. This place is truly a gem and represents a unique experience you can only get at a locally owned B&B. Cannot wait to return! Everything was amazing. No notes.

This was the most incredible stay. Our hosts were so warm and attentive, and the stay felt both homely and luxurious. The Rectory is well located with a very short walk into town, and we had no problems arriving from London via public transport. Breakfast was lovely, and the whole trip felt like a fairytale. Nothing - everything was excellent.

The property is beautiful and very peaceful. The cottages are very well equipped and comfortable. High quality finishes throughout, and attention to the smallest details to make the stay feel like a home away from home. The entire cottage was immaculately clean. The location is perfect as it's only 15 minutes away from the centre of town giving the feeling of a true country getaway without being far away from amenities. There was nothing to dislike.
