Best Western Magnolia Inn And Suites

I transferred from the hotel I was in to this one because they had a jacuzzi in the room. FYI the jacuzzi takes at least an hour to fill up just a helpful note! Also they have bugs and the air conditioner in my room went out. At this point I'm convinced that everyone has roaches people bring them in and they serve food there so I get it. The staff was friendly but not helpful. I'm not sure if they thought I was lying about the air conditioner going out but I didn't want a refund I just wanted to be moved and I paid for the jacuzzi room and was willing to take a room that didn't have a Jacuzzi just for some air. The next room smelled just like mildew the AC was pumping as it should but there were roaches so it was time to go. I probably will never stay there again unless I'm in dire needs but other than that nothing really bad to say. The place is clean and updated.

I really enjoyed my stay this weekend at the Best.Western in Ladson. Callie and the rest of the staff were so warm and inviting it was just with me and my husband needed.Thank you we will be back!!

This property is extremely outdated and rundown. Our room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. The manager was very nice and tried to accommodate us by giving us a dehumidifier and a spray bottle of room spray, but it was not acceptable for the amount of money we spent on the room. The bathroom shower curtain was dingy. There were orange stains on the bathroom floor. The carpet was old and seemed dirty. The bedding was old. I felt like the picture on the Expedia app did not match the room we had at all.

The property is old and dated. Our room had a very musty smell to it.

Breakfast was delicious

The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. Breakfast had a variety. I will definitely come back if I am in the area.
