The outside of building was covered in mold, and lots of mold spots in the common areas mostly on the ceiling. The only smoking area was the check in area, and there were multiple people loitering and smoking in front of the hotel. Room seemed clean, mattresses and bedding was cheap and uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Good location.

Clean. It’s an older hotel so not as great as other Holiday Inn Express. But still clean and good enough. Friendly desk clerks

Breakfast Mattress had a dead bed bug. We didn't notice until we were packing up leaving out. Showed it to the housekeeping and front desk rep but they did not do anything about it.

Room was clean, spacious and well maintained. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best ones we’ve run into. Pool was unavailable until 6 pm on the day of our arrival and since we weren’t staying long this time we couldn’t use it at all. It was a hot day and it would have been so nice to cool off in the pool.

The breakfast was great! The construction was pretty annoying. Our shower also wasn’t working properly.

They were in the middle of a remodel of half of the wing of the hotel which if you know about up front is no deal killer , properties do need to be updated and maintained however none of that was disclosed before the booking. We stayed at this particular hotel because we have kids and they had an indoor pool, that we weren't able to use because it was broken. Staff was very professional and said they tried to contact us , but because we booked through 3rd party they were unable to reach us. Breakfast was good ,staff there was excellent. All in all if property was completed I think we would have been satisfied.

Clean room, no issues. Breakfast was delicious. Would stay at again.

From check in to check out, we had a great stay! I travel back to Lafayette often and this will be my home away from home!

Awesome hotel!! Spacious clean room, breakfast was adequate. Pillow very comfortable. Beds seemed to be more like double instead of queen as listed, but other than that everything was great including staff!!

The beds are new which is good but they are very hard.
