They were in the middle of a remodel of half of the wing of the hotel which if you know about up front is no deal killer , properties do need to be updated and maintained however none of that was disclosed before the booking. We stayed at this particular hotel because we have kids and they had an indoor pool, that we weren't able to use because it was broken. Staff was very professional and said they tried to contact us , but because we booked through 3rd party they were unable to reach us. Breakfast was good ,staff there was excellent. All in all if property was completed I think we would have been satisfied.

From check in to check out, we had a great stay! I travel back to Lafayette often and this will be my home away from home!

Awesome hotel!! Spacious clean room, breakfast was adequate. Pillow very comfortable. Beds seemed to be more like double instead of queen as listed, but other than that everything was great including staff!!

No USB outlets to charge phones. Place was under construction and looks like a crime scene.

A large selection of options and it was very clean and everything was hot! The shower did not drain well at all and the people above us had little kids that ran around until after 11 pm like elephants.

nothing It smelled horrific, was dirty, and run down. The elevator walls were covered in cardboard and seemed to be barely functioning. The smell was the worst part. There were pubic hairs from the previous people in our bathroom. I hated this hotel.

I wasn't aware of the renovations happening but liked that we had new carpeting and everything looked clean.

The 1st night informed the staff the toilet was running non-stop. By the time we left, it was still running. We were told breakfast started at 6am but that is for weekdays. We were there on the weekend and had early morning events. There was some construction happening and was a disturbance. The walls are so thin that we were able to hear a whole conversation in the room next to us until 10:30 at night. There were people on the floor above us that were stomping around half the night.
