Location They didn’t clean the room

Everything was fine with the exception of the toilet paper the worst I ever had to use. If I stay there again I will bring my own…

We did a staycation for our 37th anniversary. Hampton Inn & Suites is close to home but we felt like we were in a sanctuary. The accommodations were excellent and the free breakfast was substantial. The staff was impeccable. Nearly every time we choose to go on a staycation we stay at Hampton Inn & Suites. It could be a special occasion or just a little getaway from the pressures of daily life.

The room was horrible and looked nothing like the pictures online. It smelled the bed was not comfortable they were hard and the linen was dirty and not properly put on the bed. The carpet was dirty, the paint was chipping from the walls, ceiling, bathroom door, the ac was falling apart out the window, the tub was dirty and the lightning in the room was so low you can’t see. I could barely get dressed I slept very horrible and was woke up with the construction being done on the actual hotel. I’m very disappointed

Very welcoming check in and check out . The stay was very relaxing .

The staff is very helpful, but the door lock was broken the first night we arrived. Had to replace my keycard twice and it still didn’t work. The water pressure wasn’t great and the bed frame sticks out so my leg was scratched. Breakfast was decent.

First we were upgraded due to computer problems. Window was open when we got in room. Wi-Fi sign in didn't work, had to go to lobby for new code. TV remote didn't work. AC cover fell off. We didn't have hot water until nearly midnight. This was the first time we have had issues. We have stayed at this location before and it was wonderful! So maybe it was just a rough day! But we were disappointed. Staff was as helpful as they could be

When we arrived the refrigerator was not cold and carpet wet from water running from the refrigerator. I found out why. It was because the refrigerator door had been open. The bathroom sink was clogged and filled with water upon arriving. I told the front desk and someone came to fix it. The door for the bathroom is a sliding door that does not have much privacy due to the door not staying in one spot. It slides all the way left or right leaving a big open space for whomever else in the room could see or hear what your privacy time in the bathroom. I did not like that at all. I love a good locked door. We stayed 3 nights and not one house keeper cleaned our room. I guess I was supposed to ask. I'm not sure. Breakfast was good. Food stayed fresh. Not a big menu to choose from but the kitchen staff (Especially Ashley) did an excellent job on cleanliness, making sure everything stayed full and never ran out and she showed great hospitality to others! Air conditioning was great. Staff was great except for one slim guy with glasses. He was there to check us in and seemed very rude. When I went back down to ask for towels for my kids to swim, he seemed bothered that we interrupted his screen time with his iPad. Other guest said the same. One guest said he has a nasty attitude. They ran out of towels often as well. My children enjoyed the pool. I just didnt enjoy the guest there with all the drinking by the pool and vulgar language and smoking (some weren't just cigarettes).

Our only complaint was the pool area was a little run down, pool wasn’t clean and the hotel kept running out of towels because of a baseball tournament. Everything else was great.

Excellent customer service and facility was clean.

Hotel was good. Breakfast was pretty good. Construction going on in the room above ours and it was alot of hammering and banging going on. The last thing you want after being out in the heat all day and wanting a quiet rest. Also I had to go buy a few towels so we can bathe because the hotel was completely out of towels and none to wash according to the staff. Other than that it was a decent stay.
