Beautiful boutique hotel, very nicely decorated down to every detail. The breakfast was beautifully served and delicious. The pool was small but cute and very refreshing on hot summer days. João at the reception was fantastic, a true host and extremely helpful with all kinds of information, or even just chatting a bit about life in Lagos. I had a wonderful stay. I would go again and fully recommend it. None that I could think of.

Jaeo was the best host ever.. great facility and location .. very helpful staff, breakfast was great and pool was a great added feature .. I would recommend Villa Zawaia to anyone !! Great staff and location..

We upgraded to the top floor unit, which we would highly recommend as you get the entire floor to yourself, with a small outdoor patio. This property had a great location and the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Our favorite restaurants, Eattico, was across the street and O Mexilhao, was 2 blocks away.

Breakfast was great. We had the top level suite which was very roomy and a new addition, I think. Very clean and modern. Only drawback is that we had to go up four flights of stairs to our room. There was no lift.

We were in the 2 bedroom apartment - 2 couples. We liked the daily breakfast and they accommodated a gluten sensitivity which was great. The AC in the bedroom with the skylight did not work well the first night. However we used the AC remote from the other bedroom and got it working the remaining nights. Whew.

This was probably one of the best stays I’ve had during travels. It was on a quiet street yet minutes away from all the action; staff was incredible- so friendly and attentive to needs; the room was spacious, clean and had a great shower. The breakfast had freshly baked pastries… Would recommend over and over!

The property is a little oasis right in the heart of Lagos. It has a very meditative atmosphere and well decorated. Every area is well thought out and immaculately clean. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was plentiful with great service and choices. Centrally located to the marina to get out on water excursions. There are some climbs that can be challenging with luggage but that’s just being in Portugal. Don’t pass up this great B&B. Nothing!!
