Well maintained, clean, kind and accommodating staff ! Had a minor hiccup with some laundry but nothing that would make me avoid staying again.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the in-room amenities and complimentary condiments made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering both English and Nigerian breakfast options with a varied selection each day. The hotel's location in GRA provided easy access to Ikeja Market while being in a quiet, well-secured neighborhood. I also appreciated the strong security presence, with both the hotel's security team and police officers at the gate. Above all, the staff were outstanding friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. I honestly wouldn't ask them to change anything, as my stay was excellent from start to finish. That said, there's always room for continuous improvement, and I'm confident the hotel will keep maintaining its high standards and finding ways to make the guest experience even better.

It is easily accessible to most parts on the mainland There was no complimentary bottled water and the food is pricey.

Very clean and conveniently located close to the airport. This is my second stay here, and I’ve had another pleasant experience. The breakfast is good, although the selection is somewhat limited. That said, the quality of the food is very good, so I can’t complain. Nothing

Proximity to places. I book a room for two adults but breakfast was only for one person and this was only said after accepting payment from us. I complained about this and as soon as I checked into my room I got a call on the intercom, a receptionist (female) rudely said this was our policy and hanged up. I went to the front desk to confront them and got a respond that it wasn’t from the front desk. I found that so rude and unprofessional.

Friendly and helpful. Good location and facilities. Breakfast was not well clarified when booking especially when it is more than one guest in a room even though it is indicated when booking occupants are 2. They will want payment for extra guest at breakfast. Those entitled to breakfast should be clearly stated, or if payment is required for extra guests, should also be explicit. Otherwise, it was a nice experience!

I'mrooms needed updates showing ageing signs... sometimes sewage smells coming thru from the bathroom.

The unwelcoming attitude of the front desk staff left very little to be desired I was not made to feel welcome by the little girl at the front desk who simply read the policy and made no efforts to accommodate my immediate needs

Service and the personnel were friendly

Breakfast was excellent, room was very clean,I was just concerned that there was no rug in the room.only tiles,would have expect a small rug(persian) by the tip of the bed. Put a small beautiful rug in the room

Breakfast was good, adequate for Nigerian food, I suppose; however, I feel that there could have been a few more American or other cuisines available. Also, coffee, not instant, please. Also, I didn't like the fact that I was charged for a full meal when I only had coffee for breakfast.

Is clean False advertising came very far though it was an apartment and it was a little room very disappointing
