And the location secured. Cleanliness at an average No in house flip-flop No Bidet and I don't use tissues. No hot water. The wifi wasn't active.

The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was great , I really enjoyed my time there.

The heater wasn’t working and they had to bring hot water in a bucket from the kitchen. The channels on the TV were always losing signals and barely 1 or 2 was showing ( sports and Zee world) which was always losing signal. Also didn’t like the room we occupied. The Ac in the room was not cooling enough, they had to bring in a fan at night.

Clean room good location and overall good hotel. The hotel gives really good value for money. The front desk person on December 7th, 2024, was terrible customer service, and the bathroom heater was leaking water, which she refused to help us with transferring to a different room even if they had an empty room. She was a terrible representative of the facility. The front desk person in the morning was better, and that is why I speak only to the first girl she needs major training.

Breakfast was good. Dinner was nice. Staff didn't exhibit that hospitality spirit. You don't totally decline on guest request. You must find a way about it. We requested for extra towel, it was totally declined. We requested to check out at 1pm due to an unforeseen circumstances. It was also declined by that staff.. No manager on ground to take complaints
