The location is very good and central. The staff were very attentive and did everything to make my stay comfortable. Parking Space a little small.

My experience at oakspring hotel this time was exceptional. I felt disappointed a couple of years ago when I first visited. But this time, the hotel has been moderately renovated, fittings including air conditioner in my room and the restaurant worked to my satisfaction. The food was great this time, as I tried out a variety of items on the Menu. Customer service was exceptional. My airport pickup was smooth, even though I arrived very late from the UK. The quiet ambience that made me visit again has not changed I cherish peaceful and noiseless environment. Power supply was truly 24 hours a day. As a personal request, I will like the hotel to add shower cap to the list of the amenities in their rooms. I will certainly visit again. The hotel is strongly recommended I did not like the fact that there was no shower cap in the bathroom which is a minor thing.
