I liked the reception and restaurant ambiance but wasn’t same in the room… I didn’t like that the moment you left the reception the aesthetic aura was gone….the room and bathroom were just there…

Location is good. Safety good. Fair price Stayed 2 nights on 4th floor, simple room. WIFI non existent. Very old AC. Has not been cleaned for ages. Only one towel provided. Breakfast very poor.

I stayed at this hotel last year and it was ok so I booked it again but the quality and service was not the same. Cleaning was poor and hotel had a visible problem with insects and rodents. I stayed at CitiHeight Hotel in Ikeja in late August/September 2025 and had a terrible experience. The hotel fumigated while guests were still inside, filling the air with toxic chemicals. I became sick with breathing issues and my trip was ruined.

Hotel location is fantastic, a little away from the bussy express; the room location is strategic, allows guest to view outside from the window. Unfortunately I didn't take breakfast, including my spouse. There was not enough variety for food. One thing that attracts guest to hotels is good food. Please try and include other continental delicacies, especially from the South East and if possible increase quantity a little.
