Terrible experience. Hotel has been sold to new owners. Do NOT book this hotel through hotels.com. They will NOT honor booking. Made to pay at property for booking that was already paid for through hotels.com. Credit card machine also, not working. Only accepted cash payments. Room keys did not work for 2 days. Carpet in room was wet. Absolutely terrible experience.

The rooms were cleaned and well-maintained. Staff were courteous even after they were unable to find my reservation. I was told they were not able to access the server of the previous owner. Nevertheless, I was able to get the two rooms needed.

The hotel was in a great location near the airport. The staff was kind and courteous. The room was very clean.

My room smells of mold and mildew. Everything else was satisfactory and I enjoyed my stay there. The staff were exceptional in their delivery of guest services.

I was ignored for a while in the eating area, which I did not appreciate. I ended up leaving. The pool is filthy and unusable. Otherwise the hotel is fine, there is nice greenery outside, good food available at dinner, although drink service was slow. It’s fine for a couple of days.

Leakages from the ceiling in two or more of the corridors. This poses not only an inconvenience to guests but could also become a safety concern if not addressed promptly.

Prompt response to requests by the Reception staff My gripes - restaurant food is a bit pricey so we ate out most of the time Occasional loss of power but it’s quickly restored It appears there were some leaks in the roof or something as could see water puddles / also a small wet spot on the floor in my room - Ibis - please investigate and correct this urgently

The food is manageable but the bed is not comfortable at all. The internet is unstable, constantly fluctuating.

Generally, the rooms require refurbishment. The shower rail in my room is broken, their windows are patched and dirty, and there were mosquitoes in my room. One of the staff members, Esther, is outstanding; very polite and professional. The front-line staff were generally polite and professional, but their managers or team leaders struggled to greet customers with a smile or show any warmth. They often appeared sad and were overly bossy with their approach to their junior staff. On several occasions, I was provided with stained towels and bedsheets.

Advertised shuttle could be clarified so customers would not have to expect possibility of being picked up at the international airport upon arrival.
