Great location but staff attitude was mixed - some great, some just average

Reasonable price. Comfortable bed Outlet I bathroom was worn out and wouldn’t hold the plug. LED ceiling light constantly blinked on and off. Bath mat was dirty when we arrived. Food was OK and definitely more local cuisine. Pool was having maintenance done and not useable. Fitness center was not air conditioned.

Booking - prices at the hotel is cheaper than booking - breakfast is mainly local food and shows no care of none local guests - location is very bad, even the room windows were blurry so don’t see what’s behind the hotel - WiFi is very bad

Breakfast was a joke, i was told only 1 person could have breakfast. but room was booked for 2 guest. never seen or heard this in all my hotel stays in over 20 years. Lifts did not work during my stay and staff were belligerent and slow to respond to request to fix, safe, toilet n charged for even ironing clothes, that fact that you pay for a room with 2 guest and you are told only 1 person can have free breakfast, the second person has to pay, its ridiculous to say the least, This really ruined my mood and irritated me to no end.

Breakfast was not that bad, its just that most of the food cooked i didn't know. Location was right but because of the Wi-Fi. I had to be moved to another room but still experienced wifi problems. Wi-Fi was poor

It’s a clean property with comfortable rooms, a good restaurant, bar, and pool. The exchange rate I was offered on my Booking.com rate was a rip-off. The staff were mostly unfriendly and even rude and the builders renovating the room next to mine were still working until 11pm at night. Despite SEVEN calls to reception where they promised it would stop immediately it didn’t.

Comfortable, luxury accommodations. The shower was the best. Table was left covered in liquid despite room just being “cleaned” while we waited for over an hour after allowable checkin time of noon.
