This is my second stay at Greywood. Staff is very well trained and professional. Service is always top notch with attention paid to every detail. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nothing.

Room services are prompt The receptionist knows very well that I checked in with my wife, yet had the audacity to inform her that another male guest wanted to see her. What kind of blatant disrespect is that, trying to set up my wife with another guest? Laundry service was poor.

The breakfast was fine, and the location is good. The staff showed understanding, my room was upgraded at no extra cost. The facility is neat, well maintained with strict compliance on safety. The environment is relatively secured.

Neatness, well arranged and the ante- balcony.give a luxury feel. Staff were courteous, safe environment and nearest to the main road. The environment is close to restaurants and grocery stores. Liked to have use the gym but it wasn't open.
