I love the serenity There are leakages in the bathroom, I could not use the bathtub, because I tried to, while I was releasing those waters, it started leaking that the bathroom was flooded up

The hospitality of the staff and cleanliness of the room. The frequent light outage and WiFi downtimes.

Its a very clean facility with nice staff the bath, bed and furniture 100%

In a secured, neat and quiet location. On an occasion I came back at about 9pm and found my room door left open (I left the room at about 6am). I made enquiry as to how such a sensitive event could have occurred, I never got feedback as to how it happened.

The environment and staff were cool but the rooms need to be supervised after cleaning. During my last visit, the duvet provided was not washed and the room had an offensive smell.
