Nothing They charged us 3 times and only refunded 1 transactions of 324. The manager is not responding now after promising to refund 2 100 security deposits and a early check in fee and taxes. They committed fraud and theft.

No internet for multiple days. Had to move to a different hotel. Some of the staff were helpful, some were zero help. If you want to disconnect from the world than this is your place with no internet.

NOTHING!!! The staff when I tried to check in was very rude, they canceled my reservation because my mom had put her name on it ,instead of just changing it to my name. I am recently HOMELESS with a child and they did nothing to help me out. This was supposed to be a small vacation that my mom set up for me and my daughter we have been going through some tough times and we needed a break, I have a lot of health issues and just wanted to take my daughter to Great Wolf Lodge. THANKS RUDE people at RED ROOF IN!!!!
