The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet it's very close to the main road, local markets, and a variety of shops, making it very convenient. The people and staff were friendly, respectful, and welcoming throughout my stay. There were frequent power outages because of government. Although the hotel has a generator that keeps the lights, TV, fan, and power outlets running, the air conditioning does not work during outages, which is particularly uncomfortable in the summer heat. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable, there was no hot water in the shower, and the room's window faced the corridor, reducing privacy since staff frequently passed by and could see inside the room.

I spoke with the manager on phone and told him to keep room reserved as I will be arriving late in night but when I arrived the room I booked was given to some one else and I hand to adjust to another room.

Very bad place very rude hotel staff and very bad service at at they wer asking me my merrige papper totaly stupid way who the hell he was asking me my merrige certifikate i dont carrey around that i ask him where is this policy he have no answer to that i had to call police for that police was very help full but hotel manager comes and start lie and tell he did not get booking conformation and not payed yet even it was book by agent from hotel.com so hole night with out sleep i ask all people to be aware of this in pakistan be carefull with hotels
