the reception guy wearing black suit was really rude.. they even don't know how to deal with the customer.. he was talking like a boss to me.. and he kept saying that i have to pay extra if i have to stay i told him that this is the price which is showing on the phone and saying that your time is over i mean really? this is how you're going to deal with your clients.. i paid but again he was really arrogant .. the rooms were really uncleaned ..

I made two separate bookings for Sunday & Monday nights. on Sunday, The hotel sent me to their other branch stating that your booking is at that location, they are liars. the location pin and address mentioned on the booking confirmation is different from the one they put me in. I wanted to cancel my booking right away but was tired due to travelling. They should have simply refused me instead of relocating. This is the reason that I cancelled my next day's booking. They are liars and their behavior was very rude rather more than rude and non-professional.
