when i reached there i showed them price that were on booking.com but they changed the price and asked for extra price.i disappointed with there behaviour

Any requests and the staff would quickly sort everything. There was No Hot Water, but I suspect thats the area. Staff were great and friendly. Plenty of room, Secure and Easy Access. Was a Good Area too. We were promised rooms next to each other, but the other room was on the above floor. That said - Rooms were good, service was always with a smile and any requests were fulfilled.

1. Cleanliness and service staff were commendable I recently had a disappointing experience at Delux Hotel due to a room allocation issue. Despite making an online booking for a family room, which was confirmed by the hotel, we were assigned a small room with a single double bed upon arrival. This was not only inconvenient but also contrary to our booking confirmation. Key issues 1. Mismanagement of room allocation 2. Discrepancy between online booking confirmation and actual room assignment 3.Room size was smaller than anticipated 4.Lack of amenities, such as a refrigerator, in the room 5. Prices seemed high compared to similar options in the area Impact: This experience has led me to decide not to recommend this hotel to others and not to stay there again in the future. I hope the hotel management will take steps to improve their booking process and customer satisfaction.

I booked and travelled all the way to the hotel late night. I received the confirmation email and confirmation number, upon arriving I was informed my room wasn't available and the Email is supposedly not the confirmation of booking and I had to call too.
