Didn't honor reservations that I made almost 04 days prior. Faced a lot of inconvenience. There were frequent electricity trips in hot weather too.

When I called hotel management they said your trip is not confirmed we can not accommodate you. I faced to much difficulty then I stayed other hotel booked from booking.com

Room was ok for price. . Online price is good but when you go there they charge you 2000 extra Not on good location. No views from there. They charge you extra than as shown online. Please add online payment method to website so we don't have to pay cash

it was a house, not a hotel. the room had spider webs in all corners. bathroom flush was dead, leaking, no soap in there either. no water to drink.

I have an opportunity to stay in many hotels,innns, and guest house, but believe me staying in moon light hotel, has changed my views, I have stayed in 5 stars hotels and other known hotels, but the moon light experience have changed my thoughts it's a small place but the courtesy, and homely feeling I found here is excellent, it's like home away from home, well done moon light ,I recommend travelling people to do visit and stay here,you will feel the difference.

I didn't like anything, they didn't show any signboard pn their property, my family was afraid of going in there, no one in that are knew there was a hotel named hotel moon light view. There were a lot of male persons sitting in the waiting area, I don't know why. My family refused to go in there, so we didn't stay there.
