The B&B owner was very friendly, supportive. The Structure is really clean, nice, comfortable. There is good parking place and the location is really well placed to access the Milan fair structures. Coming out of the parking place may be tricky. The breakfast could be nicer, There were no fresh products, no fruits. There is coffee machine

I liked the rooms and the owner. She told us a lot about milano and recomanded good spots The rooms where too cold in january. We had blankets but it was still very cold. Tip: bring slippers, the floor is cold as ice

Every equipment is brand new, both room and bathroom are spacious and very clean. Parking is really private, behind a gate. Big common kitchen is provided so you can use a fridge or cook your own lunch or dinner. It is very well equipped (but a teapot is missing :-) ). The bathroom - even if private - is not direct part of the room. The water in the evening was just enough hot. The breakfast is very simple, it is just a scuttle of some lasting products served the evening before. On the other hand - you can eat it at any time, even if you need to get up very early.

The hosts were really nice and helpful. The room, the bathroom and the kitchen are all new and everything was there for my 3-night-stay. It also was very quiet which was perfect for sleeping. The B&B is located in an area which is best to reach by car. You can use the parking spot directly in front of the place or one of the public spaces around. A very nice stay - thank you very much!
