Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Since we are familiar with the IBIS chain, the hotel met expectations. Expensive breakfast.

Breakfast was good. You have a assortment of fruit and breads cereals. Eggs and bacon as well.Easy to use espresso machines. Staff is very thorough in the cleaning of tables. Staff showed hospitality. The music in the morning in the breakfast rooms. Could have been less loud and softer sounding. Kind of annoying. In our room we couldn't adjust the heat which made it stuffy and made it hard to sleep as the noise was from the systems too loud.

i loved the vibrant colors and how trendy everything was, very sheik and fun I wish the rooms could of had a coffee maker and microwave but they did have a small fridge

It’s clean and neat The window was not closed. When I tried to close it was not locking. We called the reception no one picked up. Finally took the number from internet and called. Then they came and said heater working condition is not good. After sometime they came back saying the window was opened again and one person came in and closed it. At the end the person said breakfast is free.

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Milano Fiera. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The main downside is that the hotel is quite far from Milan’s city center.

location close to motorway and center of Lainate the room was unfortunately very cold. We mention it at reception but they said it was normal temperature. The issue was probably that they used same blanket in winter than summer and it was not adequate for the period. No additional warm blanket as available in the room.
