Location, food and service

It had all the amenities and was close to the parks. The bus service was not the best and it’s part of the resort fee

We loved the beautiful, clean pool, the large balcony room with fireworks view and the friendly servers at the bar! The stay would have been perfect if the sink in the bathroom was functional and the beds and pillows were more comfortable.

We really liked the hotel’s location, which was very convenient for our stay. The food was also very good, and the reception staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general could be improved. We also found the service provided by some of the other staff members to be average and not quite at the same level as the reception staff.

Amazing location!! The only thing that is not great is the breakfast buffet. It’s a pretty typical continental breakfast for 23 a person. Not worth it, but otherwise it’s great!!

The location and the pool Tub clogged so you were standing in 4 inches of water by the time you were done your shower, half roll of toilet paper for 2 night stay for 4 people, 2 washcloths, coffee pods in room were 1 regular and 2 decaf, carpet felt damp

the water pressure is not great.

My stay here was incredible. Everyone was so nice from beginning to end. I talked to them about the crappy Burthday that I had and they went above and beyond to make sure that I had extra excellent service. I don’t have the names of who took care of me, but the front desk was amazing. The bartenders were amazing. The staff everyone was just so welcoming that I can’t wait to stay at this hotel again.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. Cant say enough good things about them. They saw that were were overheated and gave us water bottles. 2 complementary free drinks at the bar. The bar food was good. We had the club wrap and fries. Good portions. Fries were crispy and nicely seasoned. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfy which felt incredible after a long day of walking. And when we couldn't walk anymore, we went back to the room to relax and watch the Disney fireworks which were about 3-4 miles away. They lasted longer than I expected. Overall, I would book again. Great price about 15 minutes to Disney world and super close to Disney Springs to shop. I wish we would have used the pool, though, but we packed our itinerary too full. Next time!
