Staff was friendly The price was too expensive. The bathroom linens were awful. We were only given two bath towels. The breakfast was barely warm.

Breakfast was good and convenient. Room was cooled nicely. Hard to hear the TV when the fan is running. Not horrible as it also keeps me from hearing other TVs.

The breakfast I don’t get a chance to eat but kids said it was good. Staff was amazing!!!!! The guests above me and around me were insane. Sounded like a herd of elephants carrying on and stomping around all hours. The only thing I had an issue with was the ceiling above the shower was leaking water as I was taking a bubble bath. Staff offered to move but it was like 1130. The other thing I had an issue with was the differential treatment in tier levels. As a HH Diamond to basic they really treated me different when asking for late check out. They wanted to charge me 46 or a late checkout. I never have been charged before. They did waive it. Overall I would stay again but as long as they kept a handle of their unruly guests. A family and myself stayed

I cannot say enough good about this hotel. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were treated like family. Hands down the most friendly and helpful staff! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and wait staff was great! Rodney at the desk was an angel!! I would go to Lake Charles again just to stay there!! I recommend this place 1000%!! Not a thing

The staff was amazing they where all polite and helpful. The room was good . The indoor pool was ok it had a very strong chlorine smell the tile around the pool was very very slippery, my 12 did slip just walking.

Daryl checked us in and he was very friendly and helpful. The AC in the room worked very well. The shower appeared to not have been cleaned - there were pubic hairs in the shower. There was only coffee set up for one cup of coffee in the room. The shade in the room appeared to be disconnected. Water stain on the ceiling.

The ONLY complaint I have is the bed! My nine year old daughter and I shared the queen size bed together. There was a huge dip in the middle of the mattress which had us sleeping on top of each other all night. VERY uncomfortable! Needless to say neither if us slept well and she had a big gymnastics competition that next morning. She still did great though!
