Booked thru Expedia. Didn’t know they didn’t have a breakfast service, otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed there. Place was alright for the price. Elevator was out too. Rooms are in desperate need of a makeover.

Everything after I reserved a king size room I was given a queen. They said absolutely nothing when I checked in. The representative was very rude and told me if I didn't like it I could just leave. Very poor customer service. The bed was terrible and so uncomfortable. I will never book with them again.

The room smell like flood water and mold

When you first walk into the hotel it smells very mildewy. And then when I started the check-in process they didn’t have the room type that I booked quite literally months in advance. And I was OK with that going into a two bed versus one because at the end of the day just needed one. When I got into the hotel room it was very musty. The ceiling was leaking. I asked for a refund and the person Front Desk was sassy and was like oh you have to call your third-party provider and ended up getting a refund and booked at a different hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here but also if funds are tight you gotta do what you gotta do but I would have this as your last resort

Horrible Place , no Coffee in Room for a suite, No toilet paper holder , Mo breakfast as advertised. Sketchy Area . Not worth the risk and Price is ridiculous.

Room was very nasty, nothing was wiped down, the cabinets, refrigerator, stove, microwave & mirrors had stains. The shower floor was nasty and the room smelled like marijuana. Top Blanket had burn holes in it.

Was pretty disappointed with this stay. Online it showed newly renovated rooms, but in reality they might’ve been renovated at least five years ago. The AC was completely broken, which was not advertised anywhere even inside the building whenever we got there. maintenance did give us a fan for inside of the room, which helped cool it down a little bit. There is mold under the sinks and in the cabinets and the faucet was leaking. It was at least 90° in the hallways. You could visibly tell our room had barely been clean before we got there. We also had cigarette burns all over our sheets in a non-smoking room. The hallways also smell very strongly of marijuana our whole entire stay and nothing was done about that even though we were also on a whole entire non-smoking floor. Overall, just very disappointed in the quality of the rooms, the fire alarm was even pulled out of the ceiling. would not stay here again.

Staff was nice, but ac in my room didn't hardly blow cold, staff tried to fix it. . Breakfast was good and the room was clean though. That they couldn't change me rooms, that i couldn't sleep because it was too hot in the room. Ac I n my room barely blew cold, hotel was booked. Also the phone in the room didn't work.
