Bit worn and need for maintenance in some areas. Very hard pillows. Only cutlery and glasses for 2 even though it was a room for 3.

Room was very suitable and nice & clean. The pillows were awful both me & my partner had to sleep on alternative pillows. It would be a good idea to change them from the memory foam and just have normal pillows as not all people find those new type of pillows comfortable.

The bed was okay. Bathrooms and kitchen need a bit of renovation to give a bit more modern and elegant. Otherwise it is clean and well attended.

Everything was better than expected, given the price. nice decor and good location, with a great view to the water. Parking was easy and only a short walk to lunch and dining areas. Great balcony too. Although on the highway, very little traffic noise. Could have asked, but didn't know how to work the t.v.

The place is well located in Lakes Entrance and decent value. They made arrangements although we arrived late, past the check in time. The pool is a bit cold and run down so we didn’t enjoy it as much as we thought. Also the room gives on the highway and is not super well noise-isolated. The window in the toilets does not close, allowing occasional bugs to enter but this is ok. Overall, this is nitpicking, we had a great few days in Lakes Entrance!

Everything was very noisy. All the doors and cupboards were loud to open and close and could hear in the next room. Toilet cisterns were quite loud especially at night. No ventilation in the bathroom and couldn't open the window as would have been in full view of people using the stairs.

location One of the main curtain tracks was broken, so curtain couldn't be closed, leaving big gap. I had to use some bull-clips I had with me not to be woken up at 5am. The problem was obvious to anyone cleaning or checking the room, so should have been fixed. When I told the front desk person on check-out he did not care or bother to apologize. Not good.

Great location just down from main strip which meant a bit quieter. Staff were great and room was perfect for what we needed

Motel was adequate in facilities. We didn't expect anything more for the price. Superb location. Had to park on the street both nights. Motel is "tired" and needs a freshen up.

The location It was not clean , the bath tub had mosquitos in it for which i had paid extra.
