Spacious room, clean, quiet, convenient location

Clean, compact rooms with all of the amenities. Surprise parking fee of $7 per night in an ample lot in a semi suburban setting so it seems like a money grab. Otherwise no objections.

Great location for family visit. Friendly helpful front desk staff. It was quiet! Clean room & appreciated the kitchen. Did not like paying for parking. Water faucets could be tightened as too much water is being wasted, in the shower especially. Bathroom air vent needs a serious cleaning. My stay was great.

The story is this: I usually stay at the established hotels like Marriot, but Sonesta has shown me they have better rates AND better facilities! Marriot's have become run down and in some cases disgusting. I have found the Sonesta locations to be 1st rate, clean and enjoyable. I do miss the free included breakfasts and swimming pols, but I am paying a lot less and can find easy workarounds.

For this price I do not expect a whole lot but I had to clean our bathroom before using it and I still didn't want to use it. The bed looked clean and we were only there one night.

I don’t understand how you can charge a paying guest nightly parking fees.

The only issue is the parking, as they charge an extra fee for cars, and I don’t like that. Other than that, everything is very good. The housekeeping staff is very attentive and kind. Overall, they provide excellent customer service.

Great value. Room had a microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, and full fridge so it would be ideal for a longer stay.

The rug in front of the bed was wet and the only chair in the room and the closet had dirt and crumps on them, we showed up at 2 to check and were told we had to wait till 4 to check in because they still had to clean our room. I understand sometimes they can get busy and miss little things. But we were told to wait till 4 just to check into a dirty room.

I got in late and left early, so I appreciated their well lit parking lot too.
