This was a great place to stay!

Welcome had a speed bump- we booked a king room and received a room with 2 double beds. The front desk apologized and stated that third party bookings are preference not guaranteed but they would do their best to remedy situation. We spent the night in the double room but they found us a king room for the rest of our stay. They gave us 2 breakfast vouchers and entire staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Only issue we had other than that small speed bump was the coffee. The hotel coffee needs serious improvement. The rooms come equipped with Keurig machine so we got some pods from town to remedy.

Convenient place to stay near Lake Forest and family. Like the staff and cleanliness. Dislike the dark room and inconsistent refilling of coffee supplies plus the coffee is pretty low quality overall.

The place is clean and the facilities are nice and updated. The restaurant and bar was not what I hoped but the staff and the food was acceptable. There is plenty of parking and the hotel location is off the highway but located in a nice business park.
