We enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, shopping and Sanford International airport. The Queen Bed suites were perfect for our family stay because we had room to relax, kitchen to keep our snacks and a really good breakfast choices Every staff member we spoke with were friendly and professionally helpful.

We love Home2 and the physical property met our expectations. Their system was down when we checked in and the front desk staff were handling it professionally. Unfortunately, our stay was not to remain pleasant. We had an early morning flight and I was called by cell phone and then room phone to provide a credit card for incidentals at the front desk at 10:00PM, waking my young children. After returning to the room to try and get back to sleep, I received a welcome text message inquiring about our stay at 10:20PM. Around 10:50 our neighbors television became quite loud and ours turned on, perhaps a signal from their remote, lighting up the entire room. With everyone awake again, my husband knocked on the wall to get them to turn their TV down. Their children continued to stomp around until nearly midnight. We had a miserable few hours of disrupted sleep before departing. This stay fell short of what we expect from Home2 and Hilton properties.

Staff was great, entire hotel was clean and organized. Shower water pressure was weak, but shower stall spacious and clean. Bed was a little too firm for my preference. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend

Clean Location

The staff were excellent. Especially the front desk. Nice to have laundry available. Easy parking. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Sanford airport.

Super clean and comfortable in every way.

The room was large with plenty of drawers and storage room. We had reserved a room with a king bed, but, upon check-in, were told there were no rooms with king beds available, so they gave us one with 2 queen beds. The room had a musty smell. The air conditioner worked very well. Breakfast consisted of pre-made mini omelets and cold cuts, breads, biscuits, make-your-own waffles, fruits, juices, yogurts, cereal, oatmeal. Location is very good, close to all the businesses on Lake Mary Boulevard and hospitals.

Large room. Very good climate control on a very hot day.

The location is in the middle of a subdivision. There’s plenty of restaurants in the area but not walkable. About a 15/20 minute uber/lyft from the Sanford airport.

Location - it is very close to a major bike trail, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Also, the staff could not have been more accommodating! They were the best!

Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Hotel was nice and quiet. The only thing I can say that may be a negative if you're used to a somewhat soft mattress. The mattress was a little too firm for my wife. But I didn't have a problem with it. Just an FYI. But if you ask if I would stay again. The answer is definitely yes.

Everyone very nice and everything clean

This property was amazing. Literally the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The value for the room was amazing! I will absolutely be looking for these more in my travels. If I had to stretch and find anything to complain about there’s two things I’ll say… the breakfast was minimal. That’s fine though because that wasn’t big on my list, but the WiFi could have definitely been easier to use! I don’t want to have to sign up for this and that to use the free WiFi. I’ll enter my name and room number but further than that, let it go.

I liked the convenient location. It has a variety of food options within a 5 mile radius and is also close to other stores such as Walmart and Target. I also like the suite. It was very roomy and provided a home away from home. The parking lot and spaces are narrow.
