Holiday Inn Express Portland South-Lake Oswego by IHG

The property was over all clean and safe. We only stayed one night. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem is had was the room smelled musty when the ac turned on. Also my sister accidentally left her wedding ring set in the bathroom and it wasn't turned in.

The room was nice and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The only complaint I have is that the indoor pool seemed to need some cleaning. Since we didn't use it, it didn't really matter.

The staff at the front desk in the evenings was friendly and helpful but had to step away from the front desk quite often, leaving the entrance to the hotel unattended and guests who need help waiting for someone to come back. We don't blame the employees for having to step away, but it becomes a safety issue, not only when a hotel is unaware of who is coming and going, but also when guests are unable to reach someone for assistance.

Good location ,rooms was clean, beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was very good , I would definitely recommend this hotel , parking is a little compact but all other amenities over powered this con. Will be return for sure

The room was spacious and had USB ports. The breakfast was very good. Some rooms face a bar that was noisy on Saturday night.

Breakfast was great. the the general manger was outstanding. He went out of his way to print off bike path maps for us and welcomed us to breakfast even though we were late and it was technically closed. Noise from freeway

I like the way they remodeled the facility. Very modern and clean. Our room was noisy . There was a restaurant right outside our window and there was a lot going on until the wee hours of the mourning. Also could hear people walking and talking in some of the other rooms.

The pool shower was broken, there was a bandaid in the pool, the bathroom was really small the door nearly hits the toilet.

The property was excellent! Very clean, the staff was wonderful , plenty of parking. We did not have breakfast at the property (not for any specific reason) but the front desk did inform me of the hours and was very nice about it. We have a trip comming up in August and are planning to stay here again.
