The positive is that the pool areas are well maintained and you can bring your own food and drink in. The pools were not the cleanest. Pretty views. Sammy @ the tiki bar is amazing. Nice having tiki bar right by the main pool. Restaurants mediocre. Overall ok, but won’t return.

It would be great if the rooms were furnished with a small refrigerator!

Staff was super nice and when I had a issue with my room they made sure I was moved and stay was so peaceful
-
My room was dirty. When I asked for service. I had a call three times in which they still did not come in and do any service to my room just brought towels. They were not accommodating by anyway from my arrival through my leave I had to deal with the dirty room and delayed responses in action from staff.

Noticed at several places that the windows were really dirty and spiders had taken residence.

Very enjoyable stay, I will return!

However, the rooms are great with balcony's overlooking the lake. My son loved their gaming room. I'll probably stay at Margaritaville next time though.

Actually you can have fun there view is amazing Food options are okay and price balance is good Cleanness is - that something i dont want to talk about bed linens and bathrooms are clean :)) thanks God Price balance is good for a short vaca Why not We enjoyed it

The place is outdated and needs to be upgraded. It is not terrible and I would possibly stay there again. It does have a good atmosphere.

Room was dirty with dead bugs in bed once I pulled back the sheet. Paint was peeling in the room and the room itself was dirty. Pool was cloudy and unkept. Spider families were living behind drapes. I will never stay there again.

Loved the mid century

The hotel itself was fine but I was given the key to the wrong room and walked in on an older couple. It was awkward because I ended up being in the room right across from them.

The grounds are beautiful.

This is a normal family spot. It has it all. Gaming room, movie theater. Pool hot tub..pretty view. Great restaurant. Fishing..and a spa. Dad workouts and just a great area!! We come here often to pull our family together. Enjoy God's creation and unwind.

This property was good as far as our room the staff and the Adults only pool. The layout was extremely confusing and could definitely use more signage. The food accessibility was absolutely maddening. Breezes closes early, the outside tile bar sets their food from Breezes, so extremely long waits at both. Not to mention to one or nowhere does it tell you that reservations are required for HK! So don't get hungry. Unless you haven't had any drinks and can leave the property which defeats the purpose of staying there. We wanted a place where everything was available and accessible.

The hotel was nice but a little dated, my room was very spacious but had a old odor the rooms could use some plug in to freshen the room. Staff was nice and location was perfect for everything We wanted to do.

Ac took a long time to kick in. We were extremely hot for the first couple hours. Balcony door was broken and someone had to come and fix it. Pool windows were so dirty and bug in the indoor pool. We checked out early.

Hotel needs to be updated. Carpet is worn and loose. Food was good. We had an issue with the room next to ours that someone had left a dog unattended. t was incessantly barking which was very annoying. We reported it to the management starting a 3 PM and four more times and they did not do anything to remedy the situation. Our last call was at 11 PM. We will not be staying there again because the management is indifferent and incompetent. It is a shame because it is a beautiful site.

The facilities were not well maintained. The door to our room was stuck and had to be kicked to open. The bathroom tub was gross and scratched. The shower head did not maintain a temperature and kept going from Luke warm to boiling without changing the dial. There were spiders all over the outside walkways and even on my door. The ice machine was broken, had to walk all the way to the main Lodge
