Loved the hotel, great location near the beach and the main street (but did not hear any noise from the main street when in the room)

Nothing to say. This really is a top hotel.

The balcony room was dated but large and nicely fitted with hardwood. Despite being near the beach, there is no sense of being near the sea. The breakfast was underwhelming.

Only thing I can think of is the pillows and that is just a personal preference.

Decent breakfast buffet with an egg station, busy place around 8:30am Very noisy throughout this night until approximately 4:30 am. You will need earplugs to get a good bights sleep.

Rooms were pretty basic and they said if you took towels to the beach they would charge you… this is crazy considering the hotel is right next to the beach. They should give beach towels.

Huge rooms and beds, located in the center of Lamai 20 seconds from the beach, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and massages. Very quiet hotel with positive and smiling staff that are always ready to help. 2 big swimming pools and great design (A lot of green and plants all over the place). Great experience!

Rooms were a good size, staff were friendly, the breakfast was a great selection buffet. The pool could do with some repairs. Tiles lifted could be a hazard. Tired looking. The pool and pool bar closes too early.

Quiet, yet close to everything you needed. Relaxing, good amount of sunbeds. Good range of food at breakfast and good quality too. Levels of steps around the area made it hard for someone with accessibility issues. Getting in and out of pool was tricky at times and floor levels in pool were also an issue. Wood got very hot around the pool area.

It had a good location close to bars and Resturant and beach Breakfast was alright but mostly option for eggs. Been to other hotels in Thailand where the selection and quality for breakfast was better

The hotel is great located and clean. The facilities are good, the room was big and well equipped. The only thing to consider is that if the room is facing the main street, then it is very loud and noisy at night due all the pubs and restaurants. Other than that- this was a great experience.
