location was nice A lot of noice, had two week of very little sleep because people where partying in the balcony and act like no one's there accept them. The owner seemed alright with it and even after asking to be quiet it continued. Also, people invited sex workers often and make loud noice to. I can handle a lot, so when I say it was very disturbing Im already gone far over my limit. Not recommended

Really great value for money! place was located in ideal location within Lamai close to lots of bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Room was large with great AC and shower, as well as nice bench to sit on outside the room. Bikes can be rented opposite and staff were very smiley and friendly. Only downsides were the TV didn’t work and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains sometimes. Also staff not always around but if you call they will come which is good.

Cheap, clean, good location, big room Very loud. You can hear everything which happens in the street and in other rooms. Neighbors can party in the hotel’s facilities whole night long and management doesn’t do anything with it.

Location, near to market. Everything is available nearby. TV was not working in the room. Most of the time reception person was not available.

The property in an excellent location. Near the beach (5 mins walk) and many bars (& food) 2 mins But mostly quiet. The room was very clean ,a really good size room (big) and beds / bedding very good. Fridge and kettle in the room. Good shower Daily towel change (if required) Shuttle on request from / to the airport 600 Baht All staff / housekeeping were very guest friendly Regular (`sleeping` security dog) if you're on the ground floor (he´s everywhere & too old/ busy to go upstairs) Stayed an extra 3 nights You don´t know what neighbours you will get Get Mozzy/ bug spray (for inside) asap because of the greenery Some nights noise from nearby bars Careful use of the toilet flush (but works fine if used properly) Occasional? (not daily?) shower gel given

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We missed a ferry and the staff were very helpful, they took us to the next bus so we could catch the next ferry. Nothing

The hotel is just a minute from the bars, a little set back, so you don't hear much noise at night. The room was big enough and clean. For this low price a good choice. The address given at booking.com points to a bar, not the hotel. Google maps was slightly of too (corrected now), so I had a bit of a problem finding the place at first. Just walk from the Oyster bar on the road packed with bars, pass all the other bars and after another 100 metres you'll see a sign pointing to the hotel. The hotel itself is set back 20 metres from the street. The reception is mostly empty. You'll have to call them by phone and they'll come a few minutes later. The rooms all have one big window pointing to the walkway. So it is either closing the curtains or give everyone a glimpse into your room.

Everything. Had a great time for a great price! Friendly staff. 6 min walk to beach. Comfy beds. Given a free bottle of.water everyday. Nice balcony. Great spot. Friendly staff. I didn't mind but you can hear the music from the clubs/bars nearby but nothing crazy. Went off around 23.30/12am. Also the street is on a street full of bars including bars with poles... little seedy but again not a bother to us as we just walked past.

Location was excellent 300m from the Centre of Chaweng Beach Entertainment Precinct & 300m from Main shopping centre, direct access to the beach, private pool, my room was large and so was the bathroom. Air Con was modern and strong Bed was a little too firm for me

Location, very comfy, very clean We arrived at 1.30pm to check in but no one was there, check in is at 2pm so fair enough, we left and came back at 2.30, but had to wait til 3.30 for them to arrive to check us in, other than that its great!
