Spa, dining/bar, gift shop, and all highlighted with lovely professional personnel. I already rebooked a return!

gardens were beautiful; loud trucks woke us up at 6:00 a.m.; no laundry bags in the room; it is so updated there there is very little "historic" left at all!

The grounds were well maintained and the pool was nice! The room was large and had a bedroom with a living room!

The Inn at Leola Village is a wonderful place to stay! The service was wonderful, rooms are large, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We had an outstanding dinner at the Osteria Avanti. I would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately upon arrival, the toilet seat was broken on one side so that it would move/slide around. (We told staff upon departure). No full length mirror! Surprised that an Inn that is a wedding venue would not have a full length mirror for wedding guests to check their dresses/suits before attending a reception! Prices were reasonable.

My only gripe is that in the building that our room was in, the bathroom's walls went only halfway up to the admittedly very tall ceiling - so it was only private, um, visually, but not in the other ways. Without this architectural detail this would definitely be five stars, but I was splitting the room with a friend, and it was a little awkward.

Room have historical decor. One item we found that could use improvement is the lighting over the wash basin. It was pretty dim. Also the faucet was defective and mostly the warm/hot water flowed. The faucet leaked when turned to the cold water option and warm water flowed in lieu of cold. Overall we liked the roominess of our accommodations and the location.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 10 years. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. the lobby is clean, the rooms are amazing, clean and comfortable! We didn’t dine in or use the spa this time as we were only in town for a few days and we didn’t have time. This is where we will always stay! You won’t be disappointed here! A+

Loved this hotel! Beautiful grounds, excellent restaurant!

The grounds around the hotel were great! The staff did a great job! Had plenty of parking.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Quiet, comfortable, relaxing and fun! The cafe was exceptional! The restaurant was just ok. Nothing too impressive, not bad, but not great.

The soap bar was a great idea except that the body wash and hair conditioner did not work because they didn't have enough product in them.

Super cute hotel. Parlor suite was comfortable. Really lovely and friendly staff. The breakfast offering is slim which was a bit disappointing and the only thing preventing a 5 star rating. Would do 4.5 if an option

I didn't like how thin the walls were. We had someone above us that played their TV very loudly all night long. On our last day early that morning they had a business meeting of some type right next door to us and it was very disturbing.

The room was spacious and decorated nicely. Unfortunately, we had to check-out early after the first night and checked in to another hotel for the other two nights of our trip. We did not receive a refund despite explaining to the woman at the desk upon check-in that I am not able to walk upstairs. We were told there was no elevator in the building, and we were put up on the second floor. To make matters worse, we were put in the very last room at the end of the long hallway after repeatedly explaining that I have trouble walking. The woman who escorted us to our room was not patient with me as I struggled to get up the stairs. The hallways had no working AC and were extremely hot and stuffy. I would not recommend staying here in the summer, or if you have any sort of mobility problems.

We were at the Inn in July and there were several weddings and showers but they didn’t inconvenience us at all, the weddings being held at the edge of the property in a barn like structure. The walls are a bit thin so bring your earbuds if you are a light sleeper like me.

My husband booked our trip last minute and we were absolutely impressed with our stay. We were greeted by Christian when we checked in and he was amazing! We stayed in the Amos King tobacco barn and it was gorgeous. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable! The outside exterior is meticulously maintained and the flowers are gorgeous. We loved the pool area! We met the Director of Rooms Felicia on our last day there and she was so personable and helpful. We can’t wait to book our next stay!
