Todo lo que se trata de limpieza tienes que hacerlo tú mismo. Las sábanas y las toallas las cambian cada dos semanas. Al inicio de nuestra estancia teníamos puestas sabanas usadas y se queríamos cambiarlas solo nos permitían una vez y las demás cobraban. La basura también te toca sacarla.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my stay. My room was listed as having a kitchen, but I discovered it did not include any basic essentials like pots, pans, utensils, or cups. I highly recommend the listing to mention that cookware is not provided, so future guests can plan ahead and aren't caught off guard.

Walked into our room and saw roaches crawling on the floor. Walked into the bathroom and there was poopy toilet paper in the toilet. The bed was very low to the ground, super uncomfortable with a huge dent in the mattress. The light coming in from outside made it difficult to sleep and there are no dark curtains, just blinds. There was an odor throughout the entire hotel of mildew and regrets. Never stay here unless you like this sort of thing.

Good location near the beach Shower floor caving in, ants and roaches in the room, microwave was dirty when we got there. Ac kept cutting off, TV was not connected to anything.

Very clean and newly remodeled.quick check in, friendly staff. Quite rooms. Reasonable prices. One thing that would of been nice would be to have a basic breakfast instead of just coffee. But overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. A+

I did not have breakfast. Location was great There were insects in my room , one that I saw was a brown roach. Wich made me leave quickly.

Later my wife was using the toilet in our room, so I went down to the one next to the elevator, it had no sign saying "employees only" and was clearly, what I would call a lobby toilet for guests. Later that night, after 11 pm we went out to eat, another women was at reception, I asked about the fact the lobby toilet had no sign that said "employees only" again as it was for guests as well. This women was extremely rude & said "didn't you hear what you were told before by my partner" ! We then left, obviously these women tried to keep it just for themselves, and should be reported for making such a false claim.

It was a good price, it had a functional kitchen with a full fridge, kitchen sink, stove, etc., and was clean. It had no swimming pool and the fitness center was very basic. I also saw 2 of the small roaches-German roaches? They were very clean and had staff constantly cleaning something so maybe they just need to use another exterminator or the rain brought the bugs in.

Although the property has a full kitchen, don’t expect to have any kitchen supplies. If you need to iron your clothes you won’t have one in the room,

The young lady who checked me was absolutely amazing!! I wish I could remember her name! Hotel is conveniently located off 95, easy to find. Room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. No breakfast, I guess?
