Great pool and view and the host was very warm, friendly and helpful Hot water took a while to come through but great when it did.

Georgeta is a great host. POS was broken and internet in Lanuvio is anyway an issue, but she tried everything to be of help. She prepared a home made cakes and a nice breakfast in front of the swimming pool. The town is well connected by train, and a bus will bring you near to Georgeta's property

The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Pool was nice and deeo in parts so could enjoy a swim, not just a dip. , plenty of sunbeds available. Breakfast outdoors on patio was nice. We had a 10pm flight and the owners kindly let us stay at the property after late checkput so we were able to use the pool area and pool showers and toilets which gave us a nice relaxing last day in Italy. The breakfast was ordinary. Bread stale and no toaster. Small amount of cereal which was not replenished on day 2. Only tea available was fruit infusions and green. 1 black teabag in room with kettle but no cups. They did find some when asked but same thing happened again on day 2. Advertised seaviews were non existent.
