Echinus Lara Hotel

- 1 of the most friendliest staff I encountered in hotels. They exceeded my expectation with their friendly approach & assistance to all my needs. - Kinda close to all markets & restaurants If ur able to walk like 20 to 30 minutes - Beach is a little far by walking but there is a free shuttle transfer to the beach from the hotel. Maybe like 20 minutes - Nice modern room with big bed Only thing was That I wasn't allowed to take breakfast back to my room.

The facility was clean. Nice breakfast. 24/7 reception. The staff helped to bring the suitcases to the rooms. The room was clean and tidy. It was great to find complimentary water in the fridge. The reception has its bar where you could buy drinks. Helped a lot during a deep night. Will come back ?

Breakfast is OK, the child is picky but still found something she could eat.

What a lovely surprise to find that we stumbled into a getaway deal from this property. But the even bigger surprise was the spacious suite we ended up with. Modern, tastefully appointed, with comfortable beds and linens, and a spacious kitchen, living, dining area. The help at Reception was stellar. I forgot her name, but the front desk person went out of her way to arrange a pizza delivery for us and allowed us to eat it in the dining room which was technically closed. Breakfast was plentiful and with a lot of variety served up on one plate. All in all, a great stay. It was a little difficult to find the building. The signage wasn't that clear. But it didn't take long to realize which exact building it was. And Reception is down the side of the building, so it wasn't easy to see. But this wasn't a big problem.

Great experience. New and clean rooms. The staff does their job very well and is very attentive. Close to the airport. Excellent, high-quality breakfast. Fair price. -

On arrival , nightstaff was considerate in regards to our difficulty finding the place and upgraded the room. The room was comfortable and clean Public transport easy to acess Apartment difficult to find Local cab firm couldn’t find property due to different name Breakfast was not served as a buffet , it was plated, vegetarian /vegan dietary needs were not at all considered

The breakfast was okay the cleaning was good the staff was perfect there were lots of friendly cats around the Hotel. The floor was damaged the shower was leaking on the walls the paint was coming off.

It was conveniently located, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. The shower head attachment did not lock in place well.

The staff at the reception is kind of rude and not very helpful. We had to repeat our requests to get reasonable and adequate help. We've got a key to the room that wasn't ready, and we had to wait for another room (it was in the afternoon, after the check-in time, so everything should be prepared), but the door lock was hard to use, and we were left with this. It could be cleaner. Not all staff speak English.

A bit noisy location because of the highway.

The people at the reception (Sophia and Hassan) at the reception were very helpful. They guided us to nearby attractions. The housekeeping staff were very nice. I am not sure of the name - Masia ..I think. The room was very clean. Breakfast was Ok. Ample space on the street to park car. Value for money.

Staff was good ? Very small room

1. Wi-Fi does not work 2. Air conditioning system faulty and not working - health and safety concern 2. No lifts and windy narrow staircase to take luggage up and down 3. Photos on booking.com and Lara echinus website do not match what they give you. There are deliberately not many photos of their rooms on booking.com. Most of the 45 photos are entirely of the cafe and the small pool which is next to the reception desk. Do your research carefully. 4. No space in room to walk or place luggage for all occupants- a health an safety hazard 5. Rude unsympathetic unbothered staff member Hassan Hussein 6. No soap provided for hand washing, broken and shower not big enough for average sized person. They told us ti buy soap from the shop 7. Did not stay and moved hotel

as for the option near the airport it is ok in the bathroom there is a lot of noise from the fans on the roof or I don't know what. the price included breakfast. since I was leaving the hotel at 5 in the morning, the man at the reception the day before said they would prepare a box of food for me without a problem. unfortunately in the morning the man at the reception was sleeping and despite attempts to wake him up it didn't help. he answered me something in his sleep and went back to sleep.

All good mm boring breakfast for everyday the same but all else good
