Dinc Hotel

I liked the café Maschine other stuff were not bad, if u want to stay for one night it's good, had a OK breakfast and a pool for children.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were often rude, and their English communication skills were very poor. Most requests could not be handled properly, and the reception staff seemed unable or unwilling to resolve even simple issues. The hotel is located close to the airport, so airplane noise is constant. In addition, the walls are incredibly thin. At night, you can clearly hear people talking, laughing, and even leaving their rooms. The room was very dusty, and I found bed bugs on the mattress. I was also bitten by insects that I saw on the bed. The blankets are extremely thin and do not provide enough warmth. The balcony railings are very low and appear unsafe, creating a potential safety risk for guests. There is no washing machine available, which is inconvenient for longer stays. The reception service was particularly disappointing. When I became sick, was vomiting, and had a severe sore throat, the staff offered no real assistance and only gave me ice-cold water despite knowing about my condition. On another occasion, I simply asked for a charger or a possibility to charge my phone for a short time, and I was told, “That’s not my problem, my phone is charging.” As a result, I had to go out at 1 a.m. to find a charger myself. The breakfast was also very poor. There was almost nothing decent to eat. The sliced cucumbers looked as if they had not been washed properly, and the sausage was extremely greasy and unappetizing. Guests are told that water is available 24/7, but when I came in the evening and wanted to make tea for my sore throat, I was refused and told that nobody was going to clean up my cup afterward. Overall, the staff were frequently absent from the reception area due to smoking breaks, and the level of service was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast had lot of salad and cheese, some hot Turkish food, The bread was not fresh, and there was no toaster.

Great staff, great buffet breakfast with lots of authentic Turkish choices - i was not expecting it to be this good. No sauna, room a bit small. But we had a balcony :)

It’s just a basic one. Staff was ok but the pool was closed and they didn’t do any updates. That disappointed me. I would recommend to do bit more cleaning and clear updation on site.

Perfect location to get to the airport. Early in the morning, when they were setting up the breakfast room, we asked for something to eat, at least cold, but the staff refused, saying that we would have to wait until breakfast time. In other hotels they prepared something for us at early check-out.

Frendly personal. Clean room with sea view. Close to the beach and markets. Can't complain

The wifi in the room was really slow, probably due to a problem with the service provider but i wasn't able to properly use the wifi for the last 3 nights
